By proceeding with checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the applicable service terms below.

One-Time Services are individual, non-recurring service visits. No contract or recurring commitment is required.

All pool care plans include one scheduled weekly service visit unless otherwise specified.

Salt Cell Cleaning — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Inspection of salt cell and system components
  • Removal of salt cell from system
  • Full acid wash & calcium/scale deposit removal
  • Cell plate inspection & output testing
  • Reinstallation & system check
  • Basic system performance verification

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Guarantee of restored chlorine production
  • Replacement of worn or failing salt cells
  • Electrical or control system repairs
  • Correction of improper water chemistry
  • Chemical balancing or water testing
  • Filter cleaning or equipment repairs

ONE-TIME SERVICE — No recurring commitment. Salt cells are consumable components and degrade over time. Cleaning does NOT guarantee restored performance. Replacement or additional service may be required and will be billed separately.

Pool Filter Cleaning — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Cartridge, Sand, or DE filter cleaning
  • Filter housing inspection
  • Pressure gauge check
  • O-ring & seal inspection
  • Backwash (sand/DE filters as needed)
  • Flow rate verification
  • Recommendations if replacement is needed

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Filter media replacement (sand or DE)
  • Filter cartridge replacement
  • Pump or equipment repairs
  • Chemical balancing or water testing
  • Multi-visit restoration or algae treatment
  • Housing or plumbing repairs

ONE-TIME SERVICE — No recurring commitment. Additional services beyond normal filter maintenance are billed separately. Recommended every 4–6 weeks during swim season.

Pool & Spa Cleaning — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Full surface skimming & floating debris removal
  • Vacuuming pool floor
  • Brushing walls, steps & waterline
  • Emptying skimmer & pump baskets
  • Visual equipment check
  • Service report provided

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Chemical testing or balancing
  • Filter cleaning or maintenance
  • Algae treatment or green pool cleanup
  • Equipment repairs or replacement
  • Heavy debris removal due to storms or neglect
  • Salt cell cleaning
  • Tile or waterline cleaning

ONE-TIME SERVICE — No recurring commitment. Customer is responsible for supplying and maintaining all chemicals.

Water Testing & Chemical Balancing — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Full water chemistry test
  • pH & total alkalinity adjustment
  • Calcium hardness correction
  • Sanitizer (chlorine/salt) level check
  • Standard chemical treatment applied on-site
  • Retest & confirmation
  • Written results provided

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Algae treatment or major shock treatments
  • Equipment inspection or repairs
  • Filter cleaning
  • Salt cell service
  • Specialty chemical treatments beyond standard balancing
  • Ongoing chemical supply or maintenance

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Chemical costs included for standard balancing only. Unusual chemical demand may result in additional charges.

Pool Equipment Inspection — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Pump inspection & operational test
  • Filter system assessment
  • Heater functionality check
  • Lights & electrical review
  • Valves & automation check
  • Salt system inspection (if applicable)
  • Detailed written report
  • Prioritized repair recommendations

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Actual repairs, parts, or labor beyond inspection
  • Chemical balancing or water testing
  • Filter cleaning
  • Underground, structural, or plumbing inspections
  • Electrical panel or GFCI testing beyond equipment

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Diagnostic and reporting only. Recommended repairs will be quoted separately. Company not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during inspection.

Inspection fee is due on the day of the visit. Any follow-up repairs are quoted separately and require a 50% deposit before scheduling.

Pump & Motor Service — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Full pump & motor inspection
  • Impeller & seal check
  • Basket cleaning & lid inspection
  • Prime & flow rate test
  • Noise & vibration diagnosis
  • Written service report
  • Repair or replacement recommendations

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Major pump or motor replacement (quoted separately)
  • Plumbing or underground pipe repairs
  • Filter cleaning or chemical balancing
  • Variable speed drive programming (beyond basic)
  • Automation or timer system repairs
  • Parts not listed above

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Additional repairs or parts identified during service will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Full payment on completion

Service fee collected on completion. Parts or follow-up repair work requires a 50% deposit before parts are ordered — never ordered without deposit on file.

Pool Heater Service & Inspection — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Full heater inspection & operational test
  • Heat exchanger check
  • Burner & ignition system inspection (gas heaters)
  • Thermostat & controls test
  • Flue & venting check (gas heaters)
  • Water flow verification
  • Written report with findings

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Heater replacement or major component parts
  • Gas line repairs or pressure testing
  • Electrical wiring repairs
  • Chemical balancing or water testing
  • Plumbing bypass or manifold repairs
  • Warranty service or manufacturer recalls

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Parts and additional labor will be quoted separately. Company not responsible for pre-existing heater failures or gas supply issues.

Service fee collected on completion. Any parts identified during inspection — 50% deposit required before ordering. Balance due on installation day.

Tile & Waterline Cleaning — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Full waterline scrub (entire perimeter)
  • Calcium & mineral scale removal
  • Organic stain treatment
  • Eco-safe & tile-safe cleaning agents
  • Tile condition assessment
  • Rinse & polish finish
  • Prevention recommendations

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Tile replacement or re-grouting
  • Acid wash or full drain service
  • Waterline paint or refinishing
  • Chemical balancing or water testing
  • Equipment inspection or repairs
  • Stain removal below the waterline

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Results depend on tile condition and age of buildup. Severe scale may require additional visits billed separately.

Basic Pool Care — Recurring Plan

✅ Includes (2 Visits Per Month):

  • Water testing and reporting of chemical levels
  • Surface skimming to remove floating debris
  • Brushing walls and steps
  • Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
  • Basic visual inspection of accessible equipment
  • Notification of visible issues or recommended services

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • ANY chemicals or chemical adjustments
  • Balancing of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, or stabilizer
  • Vacuuming of pool surfaces
  • Filter cleaning, backwashing, or system maintenance
  • Algae treatment, green pool cleanup, or water recovery
  • Tile cleaning, stain removal, or calcium treatment
  • Repairs, troubleshooting, or equipment servicing
  • Removal of heavy debris due to storms or neglect

Customer is responsible for supplying and maintaining all chemicals. This plan is strictly observational and light maintenance only.

Billed before service

Billing Option Rate When Charged
Every Other Week $59 / visit Upfront before each visit
Monthly $199 / month 1st of each month — before service
Full Season $1,299 / season Upfront before first visit in May

Card declines are notified same day. 48-hour grace period before service is paused. Cancel anytime — no penalty.

Full Pool Care — Recurring Plan

✅ Includes (Weekly Visit):

  • All Basic Pool Care services
  • Vacuuming of pool floor and debris removal
  • Brushing of walls, steps, and waterline
  • Routine filter maintenance or backwashing (as needed)
  • Standard chemical balancing to maintain proper levels
  • Maintaining overall pool cleanliness and water clarity

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Severe algae or green pool restoration
  • Drain/refill services or major water correction
  • Equipment repair, replacement, or diagnostics
  • Tile scaling removal or deep stain treatments
  • Opening or closing services
  • Excessive debris removal due to storms or neglect
  • Unusual chemical demand due to poor initial conditions

Additional chemicals, treatments, or visits required beyond normal maintenance will be billed separately.

Premium Pool Care — Recurring Plan

✅ Includes (Weekly Visit):

  • All Full Pool Care services
  • Priority scheduling and faster service response
  • Enhanced chemical balancing and fine adjustments
  • Detailed inspection of system performance
  • Minor adjustments to system settings (timers, valves, etc.)
  • Proactive monitoring and issue prevention

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Major equipment repairs or part replacements
  • Severe algae remediation requiring multiple visits
  • Structural issues, plumbing repairs, or underground leaks
  • Specialty cleaning (acid wash, tile blasting, etc.)
  • Emergency or same-day service guarantees

Premium service improves consistency and oversight but does not replace repair or restoration services.

Priority clients receive same-day notification of any billing issues. 48-hour resolution window. Cancel anytime — no penalty.

Pool Opening — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Removal of pool cover (if accessible and in serviceable condition)
  • Reinstallation of ladders, rails, and standard fittings
  • Reconnection of plumbing lines and equipment
  • Initial system startup and circulation check
  • Basic surface debris removal
  • Initial water test & chemical balancing
  • Shock treatment
  • Opening report provided

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Water clarity restoration or algae removal
  • Vacuuming heavy debris, sludge, or buildup
  • Filter deep cleaning or media replacement
  • Repair or replacement of damaged or non-functioning equipment
  • Removal of excessive debris due to neglect, weather, or environmental conditions
  • Pool closing service (booked separately)

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Water clarity is NOT guaranteed at opening. Pools may require multiple follow-up services. Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden leaks, or equipment failure discovered during startup.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. Free cancellation or rescheduling with 48+ hours notice. Non-refundable with less than 48 hours notice.

Pool Closing & Winterization — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • System shutdown & equipment winterization
  • Lowering water level (if conditions allow)
  • Winterization of plumbing lines and equipment
  • Blowing out lines and adding antifreeze where necessary
  • Installation of winterizing plugs
  • Cover installation (if provided and accessible)
  • Final water chemistry balance
  • Written closing report

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Pool cover supply (customer must provide)
  • Cleaning, repair, or replacement of pool cover
  • Removal of excessive debris prior to closing
  • Repair of damaged plumbing, fittings, or equipment
  • Correction of improper water levels prior to service
  • Pool opening service the following season (booked separately)

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Company is NOT responsible for freeze damage caused by improper water level, pre-existing plumbing or structural issues, equipment failure after service, or customer tampering after closing.

Green to Clean Pool Service — One-Time Service

Service Overview:

  • Designed for pools with severe algae, contamination, or neglect
  • May require multiple visits over time depending on severity
  • Results depend on starting condition, filtration, and environment

✅ Includes:

  • Initial evaluation of pool condition
  • Algae identification & targeted treatment
  • Super shock & algaecide application
  • Debris removal as conditions improve
  • Multi-step chemical balancing
  • Filter backwash & cleaning
  • Follow-up water test & verification
  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustments during visit

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Guaranteed timeline for water clarity
  • Full restoration in a single visit (severe cases require additional visits)
  • Repair of filtration or circulation systems
  • Drain/refill unless specifically approved and quoted
  • Equipment repairs or replacement
  • Structural or plumbing repairs

ONE-TIME SERVICE (initial visit) — Multiple visits may be REQUIRED for severe cases and will be billed separately. Water clarity timeline is NOT guaranteed.

This service is under $500, so full payment is collected upfront to schedule and confirm your appointment. Additional visits billed separately at time of service.

Severe Pool Restoration (Drain & Reset) — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • On-site inspection & written scope of work
  • Full or partial drain, performed safely for your pool type
  • Debris removal & surface wash of the shell
  • Refill coordination
  • Start-up chemicals & initial water balance
  • One follow-up visit to verify water condition

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Acid wash or pressure washing (quoted separately)
  • Trash & debris haul-away
  • Water delivery and refill water costs (customer's responsibility)
  • Heavy sludge removal or additional visits
  • New filter media, cartridges, or equipment repairs
  • Guaranteed removal of all staining or surface damage

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Starting at $899; final total confirmed in writing after an on-site inspection, with any add-ons quoted before work begins. Draining or partially draining a pool carries inherent risk — liner shifting or shrinkage, plaster cracking, surface staining, and shell or hydrostatic-pressure movement, especially in high-water-table shore areas. AquaLock Hydro Solutions is NOT responsible for pre-existing damage, structural defects, groundwater conditions, age-related failure, or hidden damage. The customer is responsible for water refill costs and any additional chemicals, labor, or repairs needed after refill. Severely neglected water, staining, or surface damage may not be fully corrected in a single visit.

50% deposit required to schedule. Balance due on the day work is completed, before we leave. Add-ons (acid wash, haul-away, water delivery, extra visits) are quoted and billed separately. We never start work without your written approval.

Pool Repairs & Troubleshooting — One-Time Service

✅ Includes:

  • Full diagnostic visit & assessment
  • Pump & motor troubleshooting
  • Filter problem diagnosis
  • Heater failure diagnosis (gas & heat pump)
  • Pool lighting issue diagnosis
  • Automation & timer troubleshooting
  • Leak source investigation
  • Written diagnostic report & repair estimate before work begins

❌ Does NOT Include:

  • Parts or major repair labor (quoted separately after diagnosis)
  • Underground or structural plumbing repairs
  • Electrical panel work beyond equipment
  • Chemical balancing or water treatment
  • Specialty equipment not listed above

ONE-TIME SERVICE — Written repair estimate provided before any additional work begins. Additional issues discovered during service may require additional charges quoted separately.

Repairs $500 and over are split into two payments: 50% deposit before parts are ordered or work is scheduled, balance due on completion before we leave. Repairs under $500 are paid in full upfront to schedule. Parts orders are non-refundable once placed — deposit required first, always.

Initial Pool Condition

  • Existing pool condition directly affects results and service time
  • No guarantee of immediate improvement for neglected pools
  • Neglected pools may require additional services and charges
  • Pre-existing issues are not the responsibility of AquaLock Hydro Solutions

Billing & Payment Policy

  • Maintenance plans — billed automatically on the 1st of each month before service. Card on file charged monthly, per visit, or per season depending on your selected billing option
  • Services $500 & over — split into two payments: 50% deposit to schedule and confirm your appointment, balance due on day of completion
  • Services under $500 — full payment collected upfront to schedule and confirm your appointment
  • Parts & materials — deposit required before any parts are ordered; special-order parts are 100% non-refundable once ordered
  • Declined cards — notified same day; 48-hour grace period before service is paused; $25 late fee after 7 days
  • Cancellations — 48-hour notice required for all appointments; less than 48 hours notice results in forfeiture of deposit or visit charge
  • Missed access or inability to complete service due to customer conditions results in a full visit charge
  • All services are non-refundable once performed

Legal Protection

  • No chargebacks permitted for completed services
  • Company not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability limited to amount paid
  • Governing law: State of New Jersey

Binding Agreement & Acknowledgment

By proceeding with checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • This agreement is legally binding upon purchase.
  • The customer has reviewed all applicable service terms prior to acceptance.
  • Services are non-refundable once scheduled or performed.
  • Additional charges may apply based on pool condition, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or neglected maintenance.
  • Results may vary based on water condition, weather, and equipment performance.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services are strictly prohibited.
  • All disputes must be resolved directly with the company.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
